Apply for LPPL’s Parent Education Grant!!
For the last 25 years, Langley Parents as Partners in Learning (LPPL) has been working in the Langley community to bring quality parent education within reach of our community. The LPPL Board is currently looking at restructuring how we go about doing that.
We are currently making funds available to support any Langley community organization that holds an event which meets the mandate of LPPL. Topics may include but are not limited to internet safety, anxiety, inclusion, social emotional well-being, self regulation, My Tween and ME.
These events must be for parent education, focused on school age children, and must be made available and advertised to all Langley parents. (ie. Advertisement may be made through DPAC and the Langley School District.) LPPL grants can only be used to cover the expenses of the presenter’s fee for service. If approved, you will be notified by email detailing the amount that will be provided to support your endeavour (to a maximum of $1000). Your organization will receive the grant upon completion of the event.
To apply for this grant, please fill out the Grant Ap and return it to LPPL’s email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
